- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup baby spinach, fresh or frozen
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- Sliced almonds, for serving (optional)
Directions: Add ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Top with sliced almonds if desired.
