Focus of Wellness Programs

These programs focus primarily on improving the health and quality of life of seniors; preventing/delaying disability and premature death from chronic disease; assisting individuals in making better lifestyles choices and taking a more active role in their own well-being through nutrition, exercise, and medication management.
