A Matter of Balance
This interactive, small group workshop is for any older adult or adult with disabilities who has a fear of falling, has fallen in the past, is interested in improving flexibility, balance, and strength. This program was developed to address and reduce the fear of falling and social isolation while increasing activity levels and confidence among workshop participants and effectively reducing instances of falls!
Participants can participate standing or seated.
This class will meet on Thursdays beginning Thursday, December 4, 2025 and ending on Thursday, February 5th (skipping December 25th & January 1st). Learn the tools to manage concerns about falls that will empower YOU to Age Well and remain falls free!
