BINGOCIZE® is health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with fall prevention exercise. Join us online via Zoom, play bingo, increase mobility and physical activity, and meet new people while learning about techniques to improve health and reduce falls. All are welcome regardless of current health or physical activity level.
