Living Well – Resolve to be Healthier in 2022
Start the New Year by developing healthy habits! This FREE 6-week workshop will empower you to better manage your chronic condition by setting realistic goals; improving sleep, diet, and exercise; and learning to communicate more effectively with family, friends and doctors. A reference book full of additional information is included. This class is open to the public and will be offered over Zoom. Registration is limited to 12 people.
