Living Well with Chronic Conditions

The Living Well workshops are 6-week interactive, small-group classes that teach people how to cope with ongoing health conditions. Benefits include:
• Decreased pain and health distress
• Increased energy and less fatigue
• Increased physical activity
• Decreased depression
• Better communication with physicians
• Decreased social role limitations
• Increased confidence in managing chronic disease
This class will be offered using Zoom on Mondays from 10 am – 12:30 p.m. beginning June 14.
