Matter of Balance is an 8-week series designed to help you reduce your fear of falling, identify practical solutions to remain active, and practice exercises to increase strength and balance. The IN PERSON class will take place on Tuesdays from 10:00am to 11:30am. Classes begin on April 1 and go through May 20.
