Matter of Balance is an 8-week series designed to help you reduce your fear of falling, identify practical solutions to remain active, and practice exercises to increase strength and balance. The IN PERSON class will take place on Mondays from 10:00am to 11:30am. Classes begin on March 17 and go through May 5.
