Through 16-sessions, with the expert guidance of two trained and certified Instructors (from the Tai Chi for Health Institute), you will learn beginning forms for the gentle martial arts exercise of Tai Chi (Sun style). Registered individuals can participate standing or seated. The movements are taught to both left and right sides and with turns to move forward and backward to improve mobility, increase familiarity with ones center of balance, and offers a variety of movement combinations.

This class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm for 8 consecutive weeks beginning Tuesday, January 27, 2026 and ending on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Register today using the Eventbrite pageĀ linked here.
