
Tai Chi for Arthritis
This introductory series is specifically designed to ease you into the experience of Tai Chi. The mind and body exercise is low impact, easy to learn, and known to ease arthritis pain.
Tai Chi is recognized worldwide as a great exercise for physical and mental well‐being. Its benefits include strengthening joints and muscles, improving flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. Tai Chi involves slow, fluid, low‐impact movement.
Join us for this workshop appropriate for people with mild, moderate, and severe joint involvement and back pain. The workshop is delivered by certified instructors and will meet in person at Vineville Towers in Macon every Monday from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., beginning November 7th and finishing March 6th.
