Tai Chi for Arthritis
Tai Chi is recognized worldwide as a great exercise for physical and mental well‐being. Its benefits include strengthening joints and muscles, improving flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. Tai Chi involves slow, fluid, low‐impact movement. It is easy to learn and do, regardless of current physical activity.
Join us for an eight-week workshop (total of 16 sessions) appropriate for people with mild, moderate, and severe joint involvement and back pain.
The workshop is delivered by certified instructors and will meet in person every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., beginning October 4th and finishing December 1st. Please note that the class will not meet the week of Thanksgiving. Free parking is provided.
