Tai Chi is recognized worldwide as known as a great exercise for both physical and mental well‐being. Its benefits include strengthening joints and muscles, and improving flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. Tai Chi involves slow, fluid, low‐impact movement. It is easy to learn and do, regardless of current physical activity. Beginner level class, no prior knowledge of Tai Chi is necessary. Seated and standing options will be provided.
