Make It Your Own Green Smoothie

Not a fan of leafy greens? Throw them into a smoothie, and you’ll be surprised at how little you taste them. Try this nutrient-rich smoothie recipe for a satisfying snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • Sliced almonds, for serving (optional)

Directions: Add ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Top with sliced almonds if desired.
