A Matter of Balance – Virtual
A Matter of Balance is an 8-week class designed to reduce fear of falling, increase activity levels, and educate on how to remain independent. The class helps participants view falls as controllable, modify environment for safety, and learn exercises for strength and balance.
The class is for anyone who:
• is concerned about falls
• is interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength
• has fallen in the past
• has restricted activities because of falling concerns
