Cobb Salad

This is a quick, healthy option for lunch or dinner! Cobb Salad is very easy to make with only a few ingredients. It has great nutritional value with a total of 13g of fiber, 17g of protein, 17g of fat, and a total of 481 calories per serving.

Ingredients (Single serving)

  • 3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 roasted chicken thigh, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • I carrot, diced
  • 1 hard-boiled, diced
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese or cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey-mustard vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Arrange the lettuce, chicken, celery, carrot, egg, and blue cheese (or any cheese you like) in a salad bowl or sealable container. Before serving, drizzle with dressing.
