Prioritizing Your Mental Health

Prioritizing your mental health is just as important as prioritizing your physical health. Following these tips can help improve your mental wellness:  

  • Exercise regularly and aim for 30 minutes a day 
  • Eat regular, healthy meals  
  • Stay hydrated  
  • Spend time connecting with your friends and family  
  • Prioritize sleep every night and try to stay on a schedule 
  • Try restful activities, like meditation or breathing exercises  

Be sure to talk to your doctor if you are struggling with concentration, sleep, regularly eating, or are  feeling anxious or depressed.
